Juvéderm is a collection of injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers designed to provide a variety of benefits depending on your unique needs.

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps retain moisture and softness. As we age, our bodies produce less HA, leading to a loss of structure and volume. Juvéderm effectively replaces this lost volume, smoothing away wrinkles and folds while integrating with your skin.

Many products in the Juvéderm line feature proprietary Vycross® technology, which cross-links different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid. This results in a smooth, long-lasting gel that allows for natural facial expressions and a soft, subtle feel. We don’t believe in an one-size-fits-all approach to injectables. Instead, we select specific Juvéderm formulations based on the area of the face we are treating. For the mid-face, Voluma® XC provides deep volume to lift the cheeks and contour the chin. For nasolabial folds and smile lines, Vollure® XC offers a durable, flexible correction that moves with your smile.

For those seeking lip enhancement, we offer both Ultra XC for bold, luscious volume and Volbella® XC for subtle definition and the smoothing of fine vertical lip lines. What to expect during your treatment

A Juvéderm session here is designed to be as comfortable and efficient as possible.

Most treatments take between 15 and 45 minutes, and because Juvéderm XC products contain lidocaine (a local anesthetic), the injection process is generally very well-tolerated. Our injectors use advanced techniques, including the use of micro-cannulas where appropriate, to minimize bruising and ensure precise placement.

You will see a visible difference immediately after your session, though final results are best appreciated about two weeks later once any minor swelling has subsided. Depending on the specific filler used, your results can last from six months to two full years. We provide detailed aftercare instructions to help you maintain your results and will schedule a follow-up to ensure you are thrilled with your new look.

Which Juvéderm filler is right for me?

This is determined during our expert facial assessment. We choose the filler based on the thickness of your skin, the amount of lift needed, and the specific area. For example, Voluma is best for lifting cheeks, while Volbella is better for smoothing delicate lip lines.

How long does Juvéderm last?

Longevity varies by product: Voluma can last up to 2 years, Vollure up to 18 months, Volbella up to 1 year, and Ultra/Ultra Plus up to 1 year. Individual metabolism and the area treated also play a role in how long the product stays active.

Will I look ‘overfilled’?

No. Our philosophy here is ‘less is more.’ We focus on restoring what age has taken away, rather than creating an artificial appearance. We use the specialized Juvéderm portfolio to ensure the right product is in the right place for an undetectable result.

What is the difference between Skinvive and regular fillers?

Traditional Juvéderm fillers like Voluma or Ultra are designed to change your shape or add volume. Skinvive is a micro-injectable that doesn’t change your face shape; it simply hydrates the skin from within to improve glow and smoothness.

Is there any downtime?

Downtime is minimal. You may experience some swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site for a few days. Most patients return to work and social activities immediately, though we recommend avoiding intense exercise for 24 hours.

Can Juvéderm be reversed?

Yes. One of the safety benefits of hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvéderm is that they can be completely dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. While it is rarely requested, it provides an important safety net for our patients.
