Marissa Martinez-Thiele founded the practice, and her other job is teaching. She is a laser trainer and educator for Learn Aesthetics, and an international clinical laser trainer for Cutera. Other practices learn this technology from her.
Her own team learns it from her first. When a new machine comes in, people fight to be in the training room. The technique gets drilled for months, down to the small adjustments you would never notice.
